Valley Soaring is a not-for-profit club dedicated to promoting the sport of soaring. The club was formed in 1994 and currently has approx. 70 members. The clubs objectives are simple, to provide members with affordable facilities, equipment and instruction and to promote the sport of soaring. We operate every week-end and most holidays from April through December at Randall Airport, Middletown, NY. Just 5 minutes off Exit 3 of I-84.We have an experienced group of instructors, 6 club gliders and offer everything from pre-solo, to cross-country and aerobatic instruction. We also have our own examiner. In addition to the club fleet there are well over 20 additional sailplanes owned by our club members based on the field. Public Rides and Intro Packages are available every weekend and on holidays.
